SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. Standard Shipping is estimated at 5-7 days for delivery, but check individual order tracking number for specific details.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Swashbuckle Snacks is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. We do not ship outside the USA or to Hawaii, Alaska at this time, sorry.

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated by Chargeable Weight and displayed at checkout. Chargeable Weight is determined by comparing the actual weight and the volumetric weight of the shipment. Whichever is greater becomes the Chargeable Weight.

 

Shipping Rates:

Standard Light Shipping (0-0.99 lbs): $5.99

Standard Medium Shipping (1-4.99 lbs): $9.99

Standard Heavy Shipping (5-9.99 lbs): $14.99

 

FREE SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

Free Standard Shipping is available for qualifying orders of $75 or more before taxes and after any applied discounts. Taxes may not always be added as these are based on each state’s tax laws.
